Choose any two of the Ayurvedic treatments that we offer or get an initial consultation* after which the treatments will be recommended to you by the practitioner. Besides the two daily treatments, you will also be served three ayurvedic meals per day that will be prepared specifically for your constitution. In the morning you will be guided through a meditation and a yoga practice. You will also be introduced to Pranayama (conscious breathing), which will help your mind to slow down, be present and enjoy the beauty of your every day life. You will also experience first hand an ayurvedic lifestyle, which we hope you will carry home with you.
