These three A's integrate biomechanics of the Outer Body with the flow of energy of the Inner Body. By teaching proper body alignment and weaving breath work and meditation into her instruction, Karla provides a FULL BODY EXPERIENCE that leads to optimum health and fuller enjoyment of life. Karla's classes are mixed level and easily accommodate the beginning yoga student.
